  • New AI features now available in Blackboard Learn Ultra

    AI Capabilities Now Available in Bb Learn Ultra

    Blackboard Learn Ultra now has an AI Design Assistant which uses artificial intelligence to streamline the course building process, giving faculty a head start on creating engaging, effective Bb Learn Ultra courses. The AI Design Assistant in Blackboard Learn Ultra leverages AI technologies to assist faculty to develop content structure for their courses, give test question suggestions, help with designing rubrics, suggestions for Discussion and Journal prompts, add royalty free images, and more, which overall makes more time available for faculty to teach!     ETMS-Instructional Technology gives a shout out to UNI's Blackboard Learn Ultra Pilot Champions. They dedicated several days during the summer (2023) to participate in training and learn as much as possible about Blackboard Learn Ultra in a short amount of time. Then they taught courses using Blackboard Learn Ultra for Fall 2023. Additionally, they have graciously agreed to the best of their ability to help their colleagues with the transition to Ultra.
